EVENT DETAILS

Location

Faith Chapel Word Dome – First building to the left of main campus entrance/ across the street from the reception location.

Parking

As a “Special Guest” invitee, you have designated parking at the Faith Chapel Bridge Facility. Upon entering the main campus entrance there will be a Bridge parking sign directing you to the right lane. As you process forward locate a parking attendant and flash your vehicle headlights. This will notify attendants that you are a Special Guest, and they will direct you to the parking area. There will be buses running to shuttle Special Guests across the street to the Word Dome – West Entrance for the Main Event (6:30pm-8:30pm). However, the Word Dome is within walking distance and can be an option.

At the Main Event conclusion, buses will be running to escort Special Guests from the Word Dome – West Entrance to the Faith Chapel Bridge parking area. From there parties can attend the Private Reception or proceed to vehicles and exit.

Seating

As a Special Guest invitee, you have reserved seating at our Main Event (6:30pm – 8:00pm). Upon entering the Word Dome, simply show the Guest Service Staff member your RSVP confirmation and they will direct you to your seating area.

Reception

8:30pm – 10:00pm

As a Special Guest invitee, you are invited to attend the Private Reception that will begin at 8:30pm.  This will be a time of celebration where heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.
